Maryland Wear & Carry Course (Instructor-Led, 16 hour course)
Course Overview:
The objective of this comprehensive safety course is to provide the student with the knowledge required to safely own, carry, and shoot a firearm. It is designed to exceed Maryland’s training requirements for both residents and non-residents of the State seeking to apply for their Maryland license to properly wear and carry a handgun.
This course will teach the proper mindset and understanding of necessary tactics to use firearms to defend home, family, and freedom.
This is a two-day course. Day 1 will be classroom from 9:00am-12:30pm, then 25 yard range from 1:15pm-5:00pm. The second day will be all classroom (9:00am-5:00pm).
The State of Maryland requires 16 hours of training, which will also fulfill all topics required to apply for a Delaware permit to carry, making this a two for one. If you do not need a DE permit, it is still good to have knowledge of the neighboring state laws, or a refresher.
