Gun Range Rules

Range Hours
- November, December, January and February: 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Saturday.
- March, April, September and October: 10:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Saturday.
- May, June, July and August: 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday - Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm Saturday.
- ALL SUNDAYS: 12:00 Noon - 4:00pm.
- All ranges are closed on Christmas Day, Easter and Labor Day.
These range hours are allocated under West Marlborough Township Ordinance No. 94-03. Persons violating this ordinance are subject to a fine of $1,000 and/or imprisonment for 30 days.
General Rules and Regulations
- Only members and authorized persons are allowed on the property. Trespassers will be prosecuted.
- No alcoholic beverages on the premises except as authorized by the Executive Committee in advance.
- A current membership card must be displayed while on the Association property.
- Vehicles must not exceed the speed limit of 10 MPH while on association property.
- No unlicensed vehicles on Association grounds, except handicapped and service vehicles.
- All guests & anyone under the age of 18 must be under the direct supervision of an adult member at all times.
- An adult member may have guests at a fee of $5.00 per person per day. Passes may be purchased from a club officer or director.
- Guests are not allowed to fish in the lake.
- Loaded firearms on designated ranges only. No loaded firearms In the Association Clubhouse.
- Only clay birds, thrown by hand or portable throwers, or the Association machine may be shot in the trap area.
- No littering. Please pick up any litter that you see anytime.
- Camping in designated areas only. No camping in the lake area, trap range area or any wooded area.
- Fires in camping area only.
- Association grounds are closed from dusk until dawn, except as designated by the Executive Committee in advance. Building facilities are available 24 hours.
- Pet owners must do whatever is necessary to control their pets at all times while on Association property.
- Only adult members (18 & older) may purchase Association entry cards.
- Only the purchaser of an entry card is to be in possession of that entry card. Spouse of the purchaser is excepted, if the purchaser has a family membership.
- Entry cards are not to be duplicated or loaned to others.
- Be sure all locks are locked, all lights turned off, all fans turned off & the heater turned off before you leave Association property.
- No destruction of vegetation on Association property, except as authorized by the Executive Committee.
- The Executive Committee reserves the right to suspend, reject, expel or otherwise discipline any members who violate the Association rules, damage or steal Association property.
- No hunting or trapping on Association property except as authorized by the Executive Committee.
- If you have a problem while on Association property contact an officer of the organization as soon as possible.
- Courtesy and common sense should always prevail.
- A member may bring up to 3 guests at a time, each with a guest pass & may not bring any single person as a guest more than 3 times in a membership year, at which time we ask that they join as a member.
Airgun Rules
- Maintain muzzle control at all times.
- No handling or uncasing of air guns when people are down range.
- A benched air gun must be unloaded, the action open and muzzle pointed down range.
- To move with air gun: open the action & point the muzzle straight up.
- No moving with a loaded air gun or one with the action closed.
- Cock the air gun only on the target & when ready to fire.
- Targets to be mounted on proper backing.
- No firearms or air guns are to be used in the archery range areas.
All Members & their guests must sign in upon entering association grounds.
Rules are created and set to provide decorum and to keep the Association’s exposure to lawsuits at a minimum. Please send your recommendations to the Executive Committee.
